Ajaypal Dhaliwal, LL.B., B.A.

Ajaypal was born in a village in district Faridkot, Punjab, India. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from D.A.V. College, Chandigarh, with major in History and Geography. Ajaypal then attended Department of Law, Punjab University, Chandigarh and obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree in 2004. Before immigrating to Canada in 2007, Ajaypal gained invaluable experience in civil litigation working as an associate in the chambers of a renowned civil trial counsel in New Delhi, India.

Ajaypal attended University of Manitoba to complete the entire courses recommended by National Committee on Accreditation. Subsequently he articled with Binpal & Associates, a boutique business and real estate law firm.

Ajaypal was called to the Bar in British Columbia in the year 2011. After becoming a lawyer in British Columbia, he practiced as a sole practitioner, before joining one of the biggest personal injury firms in British Columbia. Ajaypal has experience appearing before the British Columbia Supreme Court and the British Columbia Provincial Court.

When not spending lengthy hours at work, Ajaypal loves to go on long hikes, play table tennis, basketball and tending to the beautiful family backyard. Ajaypal also loves travelling; and meeting and interacting with people.
